Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Creator Platform service (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Creator Platform provides a management dashboard for Fansly creators. The services include, but are not limited to, Discord bot integration for automated notifications, stream archiving and clipping, social media automation, and analytics.
2. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account using an account ID generated by our associated application. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Polar.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
Our Service allows you to store, link, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"), specifically your stream archives and chat logs. You are responsible for the Content that you manage through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By using the archiving service, you retain full ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or manage content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
5. Open-Source Version
We provide an open-source, self-hostable version of our Discord bot. The use of this open-source software is governed by its specific license (e.g., MIT, GPL), which will be available in its repository. These Terms of Service apply to the hosted platform, not the self-hosted software.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Creator Platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
