- How do I connect my Discord server?
- From the dashboard, navigate to the "Discord" tab. You will see a button to "Add Bot to Server". Click it and follow the Discord authorization flow to invite the bot to your desired server.
- How do I set up notifications for new posts or livestreams?
- Once the bot is in your server, go to the Discord settings page in your dashboard. You can select a primary server and then set specific channels and roles for post and livestream notifications.
- How does stream archiving work?
- You must first opt-in to the archiving service from your dashboard settings. Once enabled, the platform will automatically detect when you go live and begin recording. The archive will be available in the "Archives" section for 24 hours by default.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. A link to the portal can be found in your "Settings" page under the "Subscription" section.
