Account Information: When you register, we collect your Fansly User ID, email address, and username. We also store your encrypted password and a unique Account ID for our platform. If you connect your Discord account, we store your Discord User ID.
Discord Integration Data: To provide our Discord bot services, we store configuration data including your Discord server (Guild) ID, channel IDs for notifications, and role IDs for role linking and mentions.
Content & Archive Data: If you opt-in to our archiving service, we store recordings of your streams, associated chat logs, and any clips you create. This data is stored securely and access is restricted. We collect data such as stream titles, duration, file sizes, and status.
Subscription & Payment Data: We use Polar as our payment processor. When you subscribe, we store information provided by Polar, such as your Polar subscription ID, customer ID, subscription status, current billing period, and subscription tier. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details.
Social Media Integration Data: If you choose to connect social media accounts (like X/Twitter, Telegram), we securely store encrypted access tokens required to post notifications on your behalf.
Technical & Usage Data: We automatically collect information when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and user agent. We also log access to sensitive resources like stream archives for security and auditing purposes.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:

By default, stream archives are retained for 24 hours unless you have purchased an add-on for longer storage. We will retain your account data as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal obligations.
